Founded in 1997, the Taiwanese Journal of Public Administration is published biannually in March and September by the Department of Public Administration at National Chengchi University. The journal is a major academic journal for public administration in Taiwan (Taiwanese Social Science Index [the first tier]) and welcomes contributions with high-quality scholarly work focused on Taiwan and neighboring countries. The journal offers an open forum that accepts works of public administration research, issue reviews, and book reviews of domestic or international academic works. Submissions must be original and not previously published in other journals or books. Manuscripts are accepted in both Chinese and English and should follow the style guidelines of the journal.
The journal accepts submissions on a rolling basis. All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review by two to three referees, with the final publication order determined by the Editorial Board. While no honorarium is provided, authors of published works will receive two complimentary copies of the issue and offprints.
